👨‍🍳 Method of preparation

1. Pour the contents of the package into a suitable bowl.
2. Add 500 g water to the dry mixture.
3. Mix with a mixer or wire whisk until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture with no dry areas.
4. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes to stabilize the texture and make the pancakes fluffier when baking.
5. Heat a frying pan on moderate fire and brush it lightly with oil or butter.
6. Using a ladle, pour a small amount of the mixture into the pan, forming a round pancake.
7. Bake until small bubbles begin to appear on the surface and the underside is golden.
8. Flip the pancake carefully and bake the other side until a nice golden colour.
9. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture, basting the pan with a little more oil if necessary.
10. Arrange the finished pancakes on top of each other or serve them individually on a plate.
11. Garnish with banana slices, liquid chocolate and crushed biscuits.
